What ongoing compliance actually involves
GST is not a one-time registration. Once you hold a GSTIN you owe the department a return every month or quarter, whether or not you traded, and the late fee accrues daily until you file. Beyond the filing itself there is the work that makes filing possible — recording sales and purchases, reconciling what your suppliers have declared in GSTR-2B against what you have claimed, and keeping books that will stand up if they are ever examined. Most small businesses attempt this themselves for a year, then hand it over. This service is the handover.
- Returns filed on time, every time. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, plus the annual GSTR-9 where applicable.
- Input credit maximised. We reconcile your purchases against GSTR-2B so you claim everything you are entitled to and nothing you are not.
- No late fees. Missing a GSTR-3B costs ₹50 a day, and it compounds across months. Our clients simply do not incur this.
- Audit-ready books. Properly maintained accounts, available whenever a bank, investor or the department asks.
- Loan-ready financials. Clean books with a profit and loss account and balance sheet make credit applications considerably easier.
- One person who knows your file. The same CA each month, rather than a different voice every time you call.
What you send us
Most clients send everything on WhatsApp or by email once a month. There is no software for you to learn.
- Sales invoices issued during the period.
- Purchase invoices from your suppliers.
- Bank statements for all business accounts.
- Expense bills and vouchers — rent, salaries, utilities, professional fees.
- GST portal credentials, so we can file on your behalf.
- Previous returns, if you are switching from another accountant.
How the engagement runs
1
Onboarding callYour CA learns what the business does, your transaction volume and invoice types, then recommends a monthly or quarterly plan accordingly.
2
You send the month's documentsInvoices and statements go over on WhatsApp or email. We chase you if something is missing rather than filing an incomplete return.
3
Books prepared and reconciledEntries are recorded, accounts reconciled, GSTR-2B matched and your net GST liability computed and shared with you.
4
Returns filedGSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are filed before the deadline and the acknowledgements are sent to you. Nothing is left to the last day.
Pricing scales with volume
₹3,499 covers a typical small business with a modest number of monthly invoices. Higher transaction volumes, multiple GST registrations across states, or e-commerce operations with marketplace reconciliation are quoted individually — always before any work begins, never afterwards.
Frequently asked
What if I have had no sales this month?
A nil return still has to be filed. Many businesses assume no activity means no obligation, then discover a substantial accumulated late fee. We file nil returns for you as part of the plan.
Can you take over mid-year?
Yes, and we frequently do. We review what has been filed so far, identify any gaps or mismatches, and bring the books up to date before taking over the regular cycle. Pending returns are quoted separately depending on how many months are outstanding.
Do you handle TDS returns as well?
Quarterly TDS returns can be added to your plan. If you pay salaries, rent above the threshold, or contractor and professional fees, you will need these — mention it during onboarding and we will quote it in.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work in Tally and Zoho Books primarily, and can work within your existing system if you already have one. You receive your books in a standard format, so you are never locked in to us.

"My books are finally clean and GST never gets delayed. I send invoices on WhatsApp once a month and that is the end of my involvement. Worth every rupee of the monthly fee."
